We do not hand your part to a courier and hope. It is collected by our own van, checked against the finder's photographs at our Sharjah unit, and delivered on a route we run ourselves — so we can tell you the window before you pay.

Two collection runs, one quality check, two delivery windows. Everything on this page follows from that shape.
- 09:30 – 12:30Morning collection
Our van runs the Sharjah and Ajman markets, picking up every part bought that morning.
- 12:30 – 13:30Quality check
Back at our Sharjah unit. Each part is checked against the photographs the finder took, before it goes anywhere near a customer.
- 14:00 – 18:00Afternoon delivery
Sharjah and Ajman first, Dubai last. You get a message when the van is on its way.
- 16:30 – 20:00Evening collection
The second run of the day. On Friday this is the only collection run.
- 10:00 – 13:00Next-morning delivery
Anything collected on the evening run goes out first thing.
Where we deliver
Three emirates on our own van. Anywhere else, ask — we will arrange it and price it up front.
Dubai
Delivered same day if you order before 12:00. Dubai is last on the afternoon route, so the van reaches you between 14:00 and 18:00.
Sharjah
First on every route, and closest to our unit. Same-day on the afternoon run, or 10:00 – 13:00 the next morning.
Ajman
Runs with Sharjah at the start of the route. Same windows, same one van.
Everywhere else
Abu Dhabi, the Northern Emirates and international go by courier, arranged on WhatsApp. Tell us where it is going and we will price it before you pay.
Everything meets in one place
- One unit, one van
- Every part we buy for you comes back to our Sharjah unit between 12:30 and 13:30. That is where your order is put together — the part, the bill and the paperwork in one place, so one van can bring it to you.
- The bill travels with it
- Made out in your name. Any warranty the shop gives is written on it, and that answer is in your report before you pay. That bill is what you use if anything is wrong — warranty and returns go directly to the shop named on it.
- More than one part
- By default we hold your parts and deliver them together, for up to 48 hours. If you would rather have each one as it is found, say so and we will send them as they come.
- If nobody is home
- The driver calls before setting off and again on arrival. If you cannot take it, we bring it on the next run at no extra cost.
Getting it, and what happens after
One all-in price to your door
Part, delivery and VAT in a single number. We buy it and bill it in your name. Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman; anywhere else on request over WhatsApp. Order before 12:00 and it arrives 14:00–18:00 the same day.
AED 39 reveals the shop
Our finder's fee per shop — parts from one shop share one fee. It holds the part for 24 hours and gives you the shop's name, address, hours, phone and map. It is not taken off the shop's price, and it comes back if the shop does not honour the hold.

Delivery questions
If you order before 12:00 on a working day, the same afternoon between 14:00 and 18:00. After that it is the next morning, 10:00 to 13:00. The search itself takes about thirty minutes before that clock starts.
Not on our own van. Abu Dhabi, the Northern Emirates and international shipping are arranged by courier on WhatsApp, and we price it before you pay.
Nothing extra to work out. Delivered orders are one all-in price — part, delivery and VAT in a single number, shown before you pay.
Yes. AED 39 reveals the shop — name, address, hours, phone and map — and holds the part in your name for 24 hours. Parts from the same shop share one fee, and you get one free 24-hour extension.
Our finders collect in the evening only. Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Saturday morning, 10:00 to 13:00.
No. Once payment is taken we buy the part, so there is no cancellation. If the part turns out to have an issue against what its report said, we refund it.
