01General
A used-parts sourcing service that runs on WhatsApp. You send us the car and the part; our finders go out to suppliers across the UAE, photograph what they actually have, and send you a private link with 2–3 documented options in about thirty minutes.
No. We hold no stock and we run no catalogue. Every request sends a person out to look. That is why you get photographs of the actual part rather than a stock picture.
About thirty minutes from your message to your options link. If a part is rare and will take longer, we tell you rather than leaving you waiting.
Send a message on WhatsApp with your mulkiya, or the VIN, or a photo of the old part. Parts AI asks for anything still missing, the chassis number above all, so the search starts from your car rather than a model name.
No. Photographs are never sent in the chat — they open on your private link, where every option is laid out on the same nine fields. The chat stays readable.
Car owners and workshops. Workshops get a trade account with a monthly statement, VAT invoices and a quote builder — see the workshops section below.
02Parts & fitment
We ask for your chassis number and send it to the suppliers with your request, so they are looking at your exact car and not just the make, model and year. The part number is then read off the part and printed on the report, so you can check it against the one you are replacing.
Nine fields on every option, every time: photographs, price, condition, mileage, part age, part number, fitment, warranty and return policy. Anything a supplier cannot tell us reads “Not provided” rather than being filled in.
No. There are no stars and no invented scores anywhere. The only labels are ones we can compute from the report itself, like which option is the lowest price or the lowest mileage.
Some are genuine manufacturer parts, some are aftermarket, some are unbranded. The report says which — read off the part by our finder, not assumed.
Yes. For imported cars send the VIN as well as the mulkiya, because US- and Japan-market cars differ in lighting, bumpers and sometimes cooling, and the mulkiya alone will not separate them.
Two or more cars needs a trade account, because fitment has to be tracked per vehicle. For one car you can ask for up to six parts at once.
We source both. Used is our specialty — most requests come back used, at a much better price — but if you need new or genuine, just say so on WhatsApp and we will find it.
03Searches & pricing
Your first search is free. After that it is AED 19 per part requested, and that AED 19 comes back to you as credit when you buy a delivered part.
Per part. Asking for a bumper and a headlight is two searches. Parts AI tells you what a search will cost before any finder is sent out.
The search is not charged. That is not a discretionary refund — a failed search is never taken.
Because there is no single price for a used part. It turns on the exact variant, the condition, the mileage and which shop has it. Anyone publishing one number is guessing. We come back with real prices on real parts instead.
Yes. Part, delivery and VAT in one number, shown before you pay. Nothing is itemised or added later.
It is our finder’s fee if you would rather collect the part yourself. It reveals the shop — name, address, hours, phone and map — and holds the part in your name for 24 hours. It is per shop, not per part, so two parts from one shop share one fee.
04Payment
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, or any Visa or Mastercard debit or credit card.
No. Payment is taken up front, before we buy the part.
No. There is no Tabby, Tamara or similar.
No. Once payment is taken we go and buy the part, so there is nothing to cancel. If the part turns out to have an issue against what its report said, we refund it.
Yes, on every order, in your name.
We do not store card numbers. Payments are processed by our provider with 3-D Secure.
05Delivery & collection
Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, on our own van. Anywhere else in the UAE, or internationally, is arranged by courier on WhatsApp and priced before you pay.
Order before 12:00 on a working day and it arrives the same afternoon, 14:00 to 18:00. Between 12:00 and 19:00 it is the next morning, 10:00 to 13:00. After 19:00 it is the next afternoon.
Our finders collect in the evening only, so Friday orders are delivered on Saturday morning.
Yes. Every part comes back to our Sharjah unit between 12:30 and 13:30 and is checked against the photographs on your report. If it does not match, it does not go on the van and we tell you.
By default we hold them and deliver together, for up to 48 hours. If you would rather have each part as it is found, say so and we will send them as they come.
Yes. Pay AED 39 and we reveal the shop and hold the part for you for 24 hours, with one free 24-hour extension if you need it.
06Warranty and returns
Sometimes, and we tell you which before you pay. The warranty on a used part is the supplying shop’s, never ours, so we pass on exactly what that shop gives and nothing more. Most used parts in Sharjah carry no warranty at all. Where a shop does give one it is usually short, a few days, and it is written on the bill in your name. Whatever the answer is, it goes into your report before you pay, including when the answer is none. A warranty covers the part working. It does not cover whether the part fits your car, and we do not cover fitting or labour.
The shop named on your bill. The sale is between you and that shop, so the bill in your name is the document a claim runs on, and you are not dependent on us to be in the middle. Send us a photo of the bill and a photo of the problem and we will help you take it to them. What we cannot do is give you cover the shop never gave, which is why the shop’s warranty is written into your report before you pay.
If it materially differs from its report — wrong part number, condition worse than photographed, fitment stated as matching when it does not — we refund what you paid us.
No. We buy the part for you once you pay, so change of mind is not a return. This is why the report carries nine fields and photographs: so the decision is made before money moves.
They carry no warranty. ECUs, control modules and other deep electrical parts are sold as they are, with no cover from the shop and none from us. A used module can test fine on a bench and still fail in the car, and nobody in the chain will stand behind that, so we will not pretend otherwise on a website. We say it before you pay rather than after.
No. Parts that have been fitted, painted, drilled or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
07Workshops & trade
Yes, on a trade account. There is no subscription and no monthly fee.

After three clean prepaid months you can apply for net-30, settled at the end of each month. The opening limit is AED 2,000 outstanding and it grows with your history. A personal guarantee from the licence holder is held on file.
Yes — that is what a trade account is for. Send the list of vehicles and parts and we will track fitment per car.
Yes. If you run a used-parts shop and want to be one of the suppliers our finders visit, message us.
