About Get Parts

The parts are here. Finding them is the job.

The UAE is one of the best places on earth to find a used car part. Cars are dismantled here every day, and their parts sit on shelves across Sharjah and Ajman — genuine parts, for far less than new, often off a car younger than yours.

Buying one is the broken part. It means driving between markets in the heat, asking shop by shop, taking one seller’s word on condition, and paying whatever the day’s price is — with a handwritten note as your warranty, if you get one at all.

So we built the missing piece: not another parts shop, but a way to search all of them at once. You send one message. We ask for your chassis number and send it to the suppliers with your request, so they are looking at your exact car and not just the make, model and year. Our finders go and look. You choose between documented options from your phone, and the part arrives checked and billed in your name.

One request, end to end

We hold no stock and run no catalogue — every request sends a person out to look. This is what that looks like.

  1. Minute 0
You send the car and the part

A mulkiya, a VIN, or a photo of the old part on WhatsApp. Parts AI asks for anything still missing, states the cost of the search, and only then does anything move.

  2. Minutes 1–30
    Finders ask the market

Real people in five markets across Sharjah and Ajman. They ask, they look, and they photograph what is actually on the shelf — the part you would buy, not a picture from a catalogue.

  3. Minute ~30
    Your link opens

2–3 options for the same part, each documented on the same nine fields. Photographs never come through the chat. Nothing is scored or starred — you compare facts.

  4. You choose
    Delivered, or collect

One all-in price to your door with the bill in your name, or AED 39 to reveal the shop and collect it yourself with the part held for 24 hours.

  5. Before the van
    Checked against the photos

Every delivered part passes through our Sharjah unit and is checked against the finder’s photographs. If it does not match, it does not go on the van.

Rules we do not break

The used-parts trade runs on information one side has and the other does not. Everything we built removes that gap, and these are the rules that keep it removed.

Photographs of the actual part
Never a stock image, never a lookalike. If you are choosing between three bumpers, you are looking at those three bumpers.
“Not provided” beats a guess
If a supplier cannot tell us the mileage, the field says so. We do not fill gaps to make an option look complete.
No scores, no stars
Ratings invite manipulation. The only labels on a report are computed from its own numbers — lowest price, lowest mileage.
The shop stays hidden until unlock
That is how the finders’ work stays paid for, and it is stated everywhere, not discovered at the end.
One all-in price
Part, delivery and VAT in a single number before you pay. Our fee is inside it, never itemised on top afterwards.
A failed search is never charged
If we find nothing, you pay nothing. It does not use up a free search either.
A bill in your name, every time
The warranty on it is whatever the shop gives, stated in your report before you pay. Paper, not promises.

Who is behind it

Get Parts runs from In5 Tech in Dubai Internet City, with our parts unit in Sharjah — between the markets our finders work every day. The team is small on purpose: finders in the markets, one van on the road, and Parts AI in the chat handling the part that software does better than people.

We are not a marketplace and we do not sell listings. Suppliers do not pay us to appear, which is why a report can say “Not provided” — nobody is paying us to look good.

Run a workshop? There is a trade account built for you. Run a parts shop? Message us to become a supplier.

The first search is free, and a search that finds nothing is never charged. That is the whole risk.
